NOTE:

In Microsoft Internet Explorer, if you are on a 56k line or slower, you may want to right click the date you want to get and select "Save Target As..." to download to your hard drive. You can then open that file off your hard drive when you want. If you click on a .zip file, Explorer will ask if you want to open the file or save it to your hard drive.

Netscape 7 will open the .pdf reader if you run Acrobat v5. Otherwise you can right click and select "Save Link Target As..." to save it to your hard drive.

Older versions of Netscape and Opera will prompt you to open it or save it...again if you are on 56k or slower I suggest you save it to your hard drive.

Otherwise, if you are on a cable modem or T-1 line, you can just view it online without downloading it locally.
